My work supports women in stepping out of autopilot and releasing chronic tension — without giving up responsibility, ambition, or intelligence.
I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Transformational Coach, and Scholar in Women’s Studies - founder of The Conscious Woman Path™ and the creator of the S.H.E. Method™ (Soothe • Heal • Empower).
